The platform
Estates Back Office runs on Clio and Microsoft 365. You can work with us one of two ways. Either you run your estates practice on a Clio and Microsoft 365 platform, we can install and configure everything for you, and we plug straight into it; or you stay on your existing system, and we use email as the transport to exchange matter correspondence, documents, reports and progress reports, you can then import that into your existing practice management system. The first gives the deepest automation; the second keeps a clean line between our systems and yours.

It keeps a clean line between our systems and yours, and means we never plug into an environment that may be out of date or misconfigured.

Clio is the practice management backbone. We work within your Clio environment so every estate matter, task and dollar is tracked where your firm already looks.
Microsoft 365 is where the sensitive documents live and the workflows run. We operate to your tenant's security and data-residency settings.
More than the back office
Because we work in Clio and Microsoft 365 every day, we can stand up the platform and the workflow automations your estates practice needs — matter templates, document automation, and task and deadline flows — as a full estates setup or in pieces. And when you're on the platform we've built, further linkages and automations between us become possible.
